Public Affairs and Conference Services (PACS)
Public Affairs and Conference Services (PACS) is tasked to plan and manage the events of ISIS Malaysia, such as conferences, forums, seminars, workshops as well as national and international visit programmes and meetings, held in-house and at other venues in and outside of Kuala Lumpur. PACS collaborates with all research units within ISIS Malaysia to provide conference services as well as media relations and communications. PACS also maintains a database of government officials, industry leaders, the academia, think tanks and business corporations in Malaysia and the region. PACS has constantly been behind the success of ISIS Malaysia’s events.

Information Services is tasked with the dissemination and archival of information related to ISIS Malaysia. Information Services also oversees the administration and maintenance of the website, library, and article and video archives.
