Mr. Terence Yang-Yau Too
Analyst

Terence obtained a B.A. in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University, New York State in 1999, and subsequently completed his M.Sc. in International Relations in Bristol University, UK in 2004. His areas of interests are development policy, gender and development issues. Prior to joining ISIS, he worked as a Researcher/Editor in The WorldFish Center, and before that as a Research Officer in the Socio-Economic and Environmental Research Institute (SERI) in Penang.
