The Administration and Finance Division of ISIS
is entrusted with responsibilities with regard to Finance, Personnel
Management, Administration, Company Secretarial Work and Perdana
Scholarship Administration.
The division is headed by Assistant Director-General (Administration
and Finance), Haji Mohamed Thamby bin Md. Ibrahim.
Responsibilities of the Administration and Finance Division are as
follows:
Finance
Preparation of yearly Budget for ISIS;
Management of ISIS finance, and monitor expenditure/budget;
Administration of purchases and contracts;
Management of ISIS Endowment Fund;
Staff remuneration; computerisation of ISIS Payroll (Microsoft
Excel);
Preparation of budgets for projects undertaken by ISIS.
Personnel
Management of Human Resources
Administration
Management of all matters pertaining to ISIS
Administration;
Liaison with relevant Government Agencies and others;
Oversee printing works.
Company Secretarial Work
As company secretary, Haji Mohamed has the
responsibility to execute the following:
Duties as Secretary of Board of
Directors and Board Committee Meetings;
All matters pertaining to ISIS AGM;
All requirements relating to rules and regulations of the
Companies Act 1965 and other relevant Regulations to ensure
that ISIS conforms to the provisions to the act and rules
and ISIS Memorandum & Articles of Association;
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Board
of Directors and the Chairman and CEO of ISIS Malaysia from
time to time;
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Board
of Directors and the Chairman and CEO of ISIS Malaysia from
time to time;
Maintain and monitor lists of Associate ISIS Members,
Distinguished ISIS Fellows, Distinguished International ISIS
Fellows.

Director, Perdana Scholarship
Secretariat
Haji Mohamed is in charge of the Perdana
Scholarship Secretariat which has been administered over the
last 10 years by ISIS.

Haji Mohamed is Secretary to the Prime
Minister’s Exchange Fellowship Programme Malaysia.
